A great way to get around

Like Motorcycles?
This hydrogen powered badboy can go 50 mph tops but it is a great alternative to anything running on gas. 100 miles on one fuel cell sound good? Trade in your old V-twin for an ENV.
Check it out @ WWW.ENVbike.com or http://www.intelligent-energy.com/

This was good, i think the more the people know about how to get recyled good, such as the shoes, they would be more apt to do so.

Nice Tom. Great info, I like those shoes. Hopefully we can do something to improve the enviornment and we can start with something as simple as recycling, but how can we get alot of people to start recycling?

That's so cool!

wow!!! That is amazing that all of those recycled materials can be made into shoes. I really think that motorcycle is a great idea for the environment. But what can we do to make the environment an even more better place?

Shoes seem kinda pricey -- at least if you usually buy your shoes at Wal-Mart! I think that's actually a big issue with "green" shopping. It's expensive, though it's definitely going down in price as more people try to be conscientious about it. I've watched organic food and environmentally sustainable farming products go down in price over the last ten years. They used to be 4 or 5 times the regular price. Now they're often less than half the price, but that's still too much if you're a family on a budget. This seems like a good trend -- the more of us who buy these products, the cheaper they will become though I do think there's a critical mass where producers can't stay green and reduce the price any further and these products will always be a little higher than their "ungreen" counterparts.

The motorcycle thing is a cool idea but looking at their web site there doesn't seem to be a lot or practical info about cost, efficiency, etc.

I like your description though!

I have to agree with martitr. I myself would love to be more environmentally friendly in my purchases, but it's all so expensive! I realize why, of course. Not enough people buy it and the stuff has to be specially made to work well. However, I do wish some sort of leeway could be made; I'm sure many more people would be willing to go green if it was more economically feasible.

this is really great information. I cannot believe that all of those recycled materials can be made into shoes and bags. It is really good to see more people that are helping out with environment. But I do have to agree with martitr and S.B. esbee,I want to be environmentally friendly, but the prices are way too high. Maybe if they could find a way to lower the prices then maybe everyone can be environmentally friendly. I also really like the idea of the motorcycle. This motorcycle can really help the environment someday.
